30x40x12 A-Frame Vertical Roof Garage is fully enclosed and includes 2 10x10 garage doors on the front, 3 30″x36″ windows, and 1 walk-in door.

A Frame Roof Style
The A Frame roof provides a traditional barn-like profile with excellent water runoff. The peaked design creates additional headroom at the center and offers a clean, attractive look. Metal panels run horizontally on this style, and optional ridge caps give extra protection at the peak.

We anchor your building to the ground with rebar and mobile home anchors, asphalt anchors, or concrete anchor bolts — depending on your site preparation. The location must be level or within 3 inches of level for proper installation.
Upon ordering, a small deposit is due to reserve your build slot. You'll receive a copy of your order to review and approve before manufacturing begins — ensuring every detail is exactly as you want it. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and installation. We accept credit cards and checks.
