Available Roof Styles at Get Carports

As one of the most important aspects of your steel utility carport, it’s crucial to choose a roof style that not only suits your structure but can withstand your area’s weather conditions. Here at Get Carports, we offer three roofing systems, each with their own unique design and features.

  • Regular Roofs – As the most economical roof style available in the metal building industry, the regular roofing system is a popular option among our homeowner and agricultural customers. Due to its simple framing, rounded edges, and horizontal panels, we recommend our regular roofs to customers in areas with mild to moderate weather conditions.
  • A-frame Horizontal Roofs – The A-frame horizontal roof, which is often referred to as a boxed-eave roof, is also installed with horizontal paneling. But due to their box-like design, A-frame horizontal roofs are best suited for warmer areas that may receive some winds, but very light precipitation.
  • Vertical Roofs – Vertical roofing systems are the most durable, reliable, and popular option offered in the metal building industry. They are installed with vertically aligned panels and additional framing pieces, making them best suited for areas prone to extreme weather conditions. Keep in mind, if your structure is longer than 36’, you’re required to have a vertical roof.
