Most areas in Brookside require a building permit for permanent structures. Typical requirements: (1) Submit site plan showing placement location, (2) Provide engineered drawings — we include Delaware-certified engineering plans with your order at no extra cost, (3) Pay the local permit fee (usually $50-$500 depending on structure size). Contact your local Brookside building department before ordering. We can help you understand your specific requirements.

Rent-to-own lets you get your building installed immediately with no money down and no credit check. Here's how it works: (1) Choose your building and apply — approval takes minutes, (2) Make monthly payments over 36 or 48 months, (3) At any point, you can pay off the remaining balance early with no penalty. The maximum across all RTO contracts is $16,000. Example: a $5,000 carport is roughly $229/month over 36 months. The building is yours once fully paid.

Every order includes: (1) Free delivery to your Brookside property — no mileage charges, (2) Professional installation by a trained crew — typically completed in 1 day, (3) All hardware, fasteners, and anchoring system, (4) Delaware-certified engineering drawings for permits, (5) 20-year rust-through warranty. You just need a level site (concrete pad, gravel, or compacted earth). We'll coordinate the delivery date 48-72 hours in advance.

Yes. Warm, humid summers, moderate winters with occasional heavy snow. Coastal storms and nor'easters are common threats, especially in lower Delaware. We engineer structures specifically for Delaware's conditions: wind loads (avg 9-12 mph in your area), snow loads (avg 15-20 inches), and local building code requirements. Certified options go up to 170 MPH wind and 65 PSF snow load. For Brookside, we recommend certified wind-rated structures with vertical roofs.

We offer three financing paths: (1) Rent-to-own: $0 down, no credit check, 36 or 48-month terms (max $16,000 total). (2) Traditional financing: Starting at 6.9% APR for qualified buyers with a min. credit score of 595, terms up to 15 years. Must be a homeowner. Loan amounts up to $50K for residential garages or $350K+ for commercial. You can include concrete, permits, and delivery in the loan. Payments start after installation. (3) Cash/check: Pay in full and skip financing costs entirely.

Before your crew arrives in Brookside: (1) Choose placement — your building needs at least 2 feet of clearance from property lines (check your local county setback requirements), (2) Prepare the surface — a level concrete pad is ideal, but compacted gravel or earth also works, (3) Mark utilities — know where underground water, gas, sewer, and electrical lines run, (4) Ensure access — the delivery truck needs a clear path at least 12 feet wide. We'll go over all this when you order.

Yes, metal buildings are designed for modification. Common upgrades include: adding side lean-tos for extra covered space, installing additional roll-up or walk-in doors, adding windows for ventilation and light, enclosing open sides to create a fully enclosed structure, and upgrading to a vertical roof.
