You need a level surface within 3 inches of level where the building will be installed. Acceptable surfaces include concrete pads, compacted gravel, or level earth. The area must be clear of debris, vehicles, and obstructions. We recommend at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides.

Most carports and small garages are installed in a single day. Larger structures (30 ft+ wide or fully enclosed garages with multiple doors) may take 2-3 days. Our crews typically arrive in the morning and work through the day.

The anchoring system depends on your surface. For concrete, we use concrete anchor bolts. For gravel or dirt, we use rebar stakes or mobile home anchors driven into the ground. All anchoring is included free with your installation.

We offer two main payment options beyond paying in full: (1) Traditional financing with rates starting at 6.9% APR, terms up to 15 years, and loan amounts up to $350,000+ for commercial buildings. (2) Rent-to-own with $0 down, no credit check, and 36-month or 48-month terms.

Traditional financing requires a minimum credit score of 595. Our program works with both prime and subprime credit. Higher scores typically qualify for lower rates and better terms. If your score is below 595, our rent-to-own program requires no credit check at all.

Rent-to-own lets you get your building installed immediately with $0 down and no credit check. You make monthly payments over 36 or 48 months. The total cost includes a 1.65x factor. You can pay off early at any time with no penalty.

For traditional financing, yes, homeownership is required by our lending partners. For rent-to-own, no homeownership is required. RTO is available to renters, landowners, and property leaseholders.

For traditional financing, monthly payments begin after your building is professionally installed on your property, not before. For rent-to-own, the first month payment is due at the time of order.

Yes, on both financing and rent-to-own. There are zero prepayment penalties. You can pay off your remaining balance at any time without additional fees or charges.
